Jeff Lindley
Chief Estimator and Project Manager
Working in the construction business since 1982, Jeff collaborates with clients to reach their goal on a project. On the Residential side, he works with the homeowner and guides them on layout and design issues. On the Commercial and Industrial side, Jeff works directly with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Superintendents, Property Owners, Construction Company staff and the project point person. Priding himself on being part of the entire process, Jeff meets with both the Grading Crew and Paving Crew to establish proper grades and elevations. With passion, Jeff takes every project from blueprint all the way to the finished product.
When he is not thinking about paving, Jeff enjoys hiking and scuba diving. He also serves as Assistant Scout Leader of his local BSA Troop.
David Lindley
Head of Paving Operations
A master machine operator, David has been in the Paving Industry since 1985. From residential to commercial, David brings a wide range of expertise to any type or sized project. David is responsible for running all of the crews and equipment on our job sites.
Back at the shop, David's mechannical knowlege and close relationships with manufacturers' qualified training staff, ensures that the Lindley Brothers fleet of equipment is as up to date as it is dependable.When he is not paving, David is a Volunteer Fireman in his community and enjoys golf and boating.Tap Our 30+ Years

A lot more goes into a sucessful paving job than showing up and laying down some asphalt. There are the intangibles... like how we train our teams--from machine operators to laborers. It's how we treat people—ours and yours. It's how we show up to the job site--ready to go, in uniform, and with a fully thought out work plan in hand. And it's what we do before we get there--creating accurate, no BS estimates. Sweating the engineering details to make sure there are no surprises. Scheduling the job so as to cause minimal disruption. And defining what success looks like for everyone involved.
