- Install New Asphalt Roadway.
- Install New Walkways. Oil & Stone over Asphalt Base with Steel Edging.
- Re oil & Stone Visitor areas.
- Install New Service Driveway and Oil & Stone walkways over asphalt Base at the main house. Gravel was 3/8” crushed gravel.
The key factor to this job was to make it original looking and in keeping with the historical context of the property. The Blueprints had to be followed carefully and we worked closely with the National Park Service Rangers who manage the property. Thanks to some careful project management on everyone's part, the park was able to stay open 75% of the time during construction. Safety was a must at all times and we completed everything ahead of the deadline, which was the grand opening of the season.
