Phase 1: Job Set Up. Set up job site and perimeter to meet all required town codes. Install safety fence around trees for protection and safety fence to keep people out of the work zone. Install Silt Fence for Storm Water pollution control. Mobilize office trailer. Call in all mark outs, set up truck clean area and install Truck Zone signs on the road.
Phase 2: Tree Clearing and Lot Clearing. Start the excavation using full tree clearing equipment and excavators.
Phase 3: Drainage. Excavator & Backhoe. Install Pools & Pipe.
Phase 4: Curb.
Phase 5: Grade area and install RCA sub base. Compact.
Phase 6: Install Town specification for the Road repair complete with traffic control and signage.
Phase 7: Install Binder Course Asphalt.
Phase 8: Start the grade work on the Landscape.
Job to be completed Spring of 2017. Additional work to come. Site Lighting, Asphalt Wearing Course, Landscaping and Irrigation.
